Force Technologies is pleased to announce that this month February 2024 we have taken delivery of 2 more double size Nitrogen Storage Cabinet for their Long-Term Storage and Assembly (LTSA) Program.
These will sit along side the 3 new double cabinets that were purchased in Q3 2023 and long-standing existing cabinets. The acquisitions have meant that Force have had to secure and equip another local warehouse to store their stock of finished components some of which have gone obsolete themselves, Force having been a distributor of such manufacturers of Atmel, Macronix, Catalyst, Micron, and Hyundai before changing direction to become a fabless manufacturer.
The extra cabinets were essential as Force have won a contract from a UK medical company to store over £1.2m of die for hybrid assembly and delivery arrived in week 2 of February.
The LTSA program has been designed to offer storage of raw materials i.e die wafers and packages which will be used in future FT products for customers to ensure continuity of supply for years to come.
We are due to welcome some of our key customers over the next few months so let’s see if we need to purchase more cabinets!!
