Next week, Force Technologies will be in Liverpool attending the UK Lean Summit 2026, one of the leading events dedicated to Lean thinking and operational excellence.
Charlotte and Eder will be representing the team, spending two days learning from industry experts, exploring real-world case studies, and gaining practical insights that can be applied directly within our business.
For Eder, this is more than just another industry event. It is a chance to fully immerse himself in Lean Manufacturing, surrounded by organisations that are leading the way in continuous improvement. His enthusiasm reflects something important about our culture at Force Technologies. We are always looking for better ways to work, improve processes, and deliver greater value to our customers.
The summit brings together a wide range of sectors, all focused on one common goal: improving performance through Lean principles. From streamlining operations to reducing waste and increasing efficiency, the event is designed to provide actionable ideas rather than just theory.
Alongside the summit, Charlotte and Eder will also be visiting the Toyota plant. Toyota is widely recognised as the originator of the Toyota Production System, which has shaped Lean Manufacturing practices around the world. Seeing these principles in action offers a valuable opportunity to understand how world-class manufacturing systems are implemented and sustained at scale.
This combination of learning and real-world observation is key. It allows us to connect ideas with practice and identify opportunities to strengthen our own processes back at Force Technologies.
Attending events like the UK Lean Summit is part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. By investing time in learning from the best, we ensure that we continue to evolve, innovate, and deliver high-quality solutions for our customers.
We look forward to sharing insights and key takeaways from the event in the coming weeks.
