Coming from extensive experience providing known good die (KGD) products to the most demanding application sectors, Force Technologies is introducing expanded die and wafer business to the general market. KGD and wafer products are submitted to extensive inspections for visual and mechanical defects and wafer level testing, including additional high temperature screening on quality and reliability defects to ensure bare die stock offers the same level of performance and reliability as packaged parts.

• Class 100 die handling facility
• Periodic testing for Known Good Die (KGD)
• Wafer probing at min & max working temperature before storing
• Nitrogen, desiccated environmental storage
