As CEO of Force Technologies Ltd, it gives us pleasure to announce the appointment of Charlotte Hughes as our new Commercial Director.

Charlotte joins the Board of Directors at a pivotal time in our journey, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong track record in commercial strategy and client development. In her new role, she will be instrumental in shaping and executing the commercial roadmap that supports our long-term vision for growth and innovation.

Her responsibilities will span several key areas:

  • Strategic Leadership
    Driving the development and implementation of commercial plans aligned with our company’s mission and values.

  • Sales & Business Development Oversight
    Managing our sales pipeline and unlocking new market opportunities to expand our footprint.

  • Key Account Management
    Leading and nurturing relationships with our strategic customers and partners to maximise mutual value.

  • Commercial Negotiation
    Overseeing high-value contract discussions and ensuring commercially sound agreements that support our growth.

  • Performance & Profitability Monitoring
    Maintaining a sharp focus on commercial metrics, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our performance goals.

Charlotte Hughes is the Sales Manager at Force Technologies. Charlotte originally trained in Psychology and Applied Behaviour Analysis, achieving three degrees over six years, skills from her time studying she uses in sales and customer service at Force to provide an expert sales experience to customers and clients. Charlotte first started in internal sales and operations before making the decision to move to a more customer facing role in Sales. As well as managing Sales, Charlotte holds many of our key customer accounts and oversees our distribution network. She also attends various conferences, talks, networking events, and exhibitions throughout the calendar year to keep up to date with industry news, promote Force Technologies, and network within the electronics and obsolescence industry.

Charlotte regularly engages with and attends events hosted by organisations Force Technologies is a member of, such as Joscar, Make UK Defence, Aerospace Wales and the International Institute of Obsolescence Management – all with the aim of networking, gaining and sharing industry knowledge and expertise.

Charlotte specialises in sales, customer service, product procurement, product management, and operations. She holds Associate Member status from the International Institute of Obsolescence Management.
