As we enter our 40th year of trading, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible journey it has been for Force Technologies.
When we started in 1986, the semiconductor industry looked very different. Over the past four decades, we’ve seen massive shifts in manufacturing, global distribution models, and the ever-accelerating pace of technological advancement. Yet, through all this change, one thing has remained constant: our unwavering commitment to our customers.
A Legacy of Reliability in a Rapidly Evolving Industry
Succeeding for 40 years in such a competitive and dynamic field isn’t easy. It requires not only deep technical knowledge and adaptability, but also trust, consistency, and long-term vision. At Force Technologies, we’ve built our reputation on being a dependable partner, offering specialised legacy and custom semiconductor solutions with precision, integrity, and care.
From day one, our mission has been simple: to serve our customers with excellence. That mission has guided every decision we’ve made, every hire, and every project we’ve taken on. And I’m proud to say that it still drives us today.
A Recent Win: Supporting a Major UK Aerospace Client
Earlier this year, we were awarded a significant £5 million contract by a leading UK aerospace company. This customer came to us after experiencing issues with their previous supplier. They were facing long lead times, unreliable delivery schedules, and mounting pressure from their own clients.
We stepped in quickly and decisively, leveraging our in-house engineering team, quality systems, and extensive knowledge of FPGA and processor components. The entire Force Technologies team worked tirelessly to meet extremely tight deadlines, improve the product design, and reduce delivery timelines across all devices.
Last week, we received a message from the Vice President of UK Operations at the company that moved many of us. Here’s an excerpt:
“I wanted to extend our sincere thanks for the exceptional effort and dedication you have shown… Your work on the FPGA and processor packages has been outstanding. Your expert inputs and consistent drive have led to valuable product improvements and reduced lead times across all devices. Your collaboration, responsiveness, and technical excellence have been pivotal to us.”
Moments like these are more than just milestones; they’re affirmations. They reinforce why we do what we do and why our team continues to push for the highest standards in every project we undertake.

Will I be here for the next 40 years? Probably not! But Force Technologies will be.
