In 2025, Force Technologies celebrates an important milestone, 39 years of delivering trusted legacy semiconductor solutions to customers around the world. Since our incorporation in 1986, we’ve grown into a leader in the obsolescence management space, known for our commitment to quality, traceability, and long-term support.
To mark the occasion, we’re sharing a unique part of our history: our original Certificate of Incorporation. This document serves as a reminder of where we began, how far we’ve come, and just how much more we’re prepared to achieve.
Reflecting on the Journey
Karen Salmon, FIIOM, our CEO and a key part of the Force story since 1988, shared her thoughts:

From the early days to where we are now, the pace of innovation has been relentless, but what has never changed is our focus on quality and continuous improvement, and our commitment to supporting our customers through every challenge. As we look to the future, we’re focused on growing our capabilities, investing in new technologies, and continuing to lead in the obsolescence and legacy semiconductor space. It’s been an incredible journey and I am more excited than ever about what’s ahead.”
Looking Ahead: Our Fourth Decade
Entering our fourth decade, Force Technologies is focused on scaling its capabilities while staying true to its founding principles. That means:

- Deepening partnerships with defence, aerospace, and industrial leaders
- Offering reliable long-term support for obsolete and end-of-life components
- Continuing to uphold traceability and quality standards in every solution we deliver
As technology continues to advance, the need for trusted legacy support only grows. Force Technologies remains ready to meet that demand with the expertise and reliability our customers have counted on for nearly four decades.
